    Cons

    There is a disconnect between Corporate and Manufacturing culture: Manufacturing sites don't put much value on Work-Life balance.

    Ultra-Collaborative Culture to the Point of being Counterproductive

    Pros

    Emphasis on Career Desires, Product Innovation, Perception (Image) Management, Marketing

    Cons

    Minimal Accountability starting with Leadership, Lack of True Talent Assessment (culture is based around managing your Image internally allowing low-performers to "Fake it until you make it"), Zero Prioritization (employees across all functions and levels get VERY wrapped up in worrying about word-smithing, semantics, and miniscule opportunities rather. This goes back to accountability. P&G puts 80% of effort into 20% opportunities while the 80% opportunities only get 20% focus.)
