Good Compensation, good training opportunities
Cons
Some days workload is near overwhelming. In order to keep up many employees put in as many as 20 to 25 additional hours a week. Management tends to be hit or miss. Company tends to be less "progressive" and more "reactive" as in waiting for things to consistently happen in a negative fashion before instituting changes.
