Pros

Flexible schedules and friendly management makes it a great place to work. The job is not as stressing as most phone center.

Cons

Most of the advancement positions are at the Cleveland office. Still there is plenty of opportunities to make good money. So is not that bad

Thanks for providing your feedback. Our headquarters is located in Cleveland, so we do have a larger variety of roles there. Austin is one of our Call Center locations along with Tampa, Sacramento, Colorado Springs and Phoenix. -KH, Recruiting

Pros

Great supervisor, and great coworkers. Training was good and I left training fully able to do my job with confidence. Sometimes we have fun meetings to attend. Can work in office when we want which is nice on days I want to get out of the house since I work remotely.

Cons

Low pay for work load and responsibilities. Extra responsibilities don’t equal extra pay. Very micromanaged and timed per task which can be stressful if a task takes longer than it should due to circumstances outside of your control. Low raises even with high performance rating.
