Pros

Great salary, work from home.

Cons

If you go on a face to face interview please be direct and concise with the answers that you choose when asked questions. You have to interview twice after the over the phone interview, and after you pass background, if one of the interviwers feel that you did not give enough information could be the difference of if you get the job.

Pros

Great supervisor, and great coworkers. Training was good and I left training fully able to do my job with confidence. Sometimes we have fun meetings to attend. Can work in office when we want which is nice on days I want to get out of the house since I work remotely.

Cons

Low pay for work load and responsibilities. Extra responsibilities don’t equal extra pay. Very micromanaged and timed per task which can be stressful if a task takes longer than it should due to circumstances outside of your control. Low raises even with high performance rating.
