Pros

They take care of employees better than any other company I've ever been a part of, hands down. Gym on site, free snacks, get fed almost daily from catering they do, they even put Charmin Ultra throughout the entire building.. that's true love ;) micromanaging doesn't exist here either, the managers make sure their employees are happy and motivate them in fun ways. The growth is insane as well, keep getting bigger and bigger every single month with a lot of potential for promotions. I've been promoted twice already in 6 months. They also give out gifts very often, I've gotten 3 jackets (Patagonia, North Face, Nike), 3 Bluetooth speakers including a JBL Flip 4, a ton of shirts, all kinds of thermoses and water bottles (the nice ones, not cheap poorly made ones). They give stuff like that away all the time just because. Great benefits as well, not to mention they absorbed the premium increases for all employees this year. 401k, stock options, paid day of service, they even included pet insurance this year, the list goes on and on!

Cons

The only thing I would change is the PTO policy, they don't give it to you up front like other places do and have to accrue it all from the beginning. Other than that, can't think of anything else I'd change. Truly is a great place to work!

Pros

The leadership team sets a clear vision and communicates it with transparency and confidence. They don’t just manage—they inspire, creating an environment where people feel trusted and empowered. Innovation is encouraged at every level. New ideas are welcomed, tested, and often implemented, which makes the workplace feel dynamic and future‑focused. There’s a strong emphasis on professional growth. Leaders actively encourage employees to stretch beyond their comfort zones, offering guidance and support along the way. Collaboration is valued, and cross‑functional teams are given the space to experiment and succeed together.

Cons

As with any fast‑moving, innovative environment, priorities can shift quickly. It requires adaptability, but the upside is constant learning
