Pros
Benefits were very good and the pay was competitive. They also have free cereal, snacks delivered on each floor and drinks available every day.
Cons
The politics are ridiculous. It’s all about who you know not your job performance. I rarely received the coaching I constantly desired and asked for. Too many empty promises to keep track of. I was on their so called path of progression in order to get promoted into a leadership position and interviewed several times only to be turned down for someone with very little experience and no tenure. Management only cares about their own responsibilities and paychecks. Countless empty promises and extremely poor feedback. Also, after interviewing for a position within the company unless you get the job you are not spoken to again to let you know why you didn’t get the position or that they went with someone else. You can expect to interview for a position multiple times and never receive feedback or the position unless you are good friends with the hiring manager.
