Prometheus Real Estate Group Response
4y
Hello, and thank you for the quick note. First and foremost, thank you for taking a chance on us. You indeed joined Prometheus during an interesting time in history and for our industry. We know that new styles of operating for our onsite teams have been everchanging over the last 15 months. We hope that we have turned a corner and can stabilize our teams - running slim is not our practice. You are right; commissions are paid monthly for the prior month's activity - very commonplace for all sales-type positions. We also perform frequent market analysis to ensure our pay and benefits are competitive. However, you have given us something to explore for future models; thank you. As you hit your 1-year milestone, (congratulations by the way!), we extend an annual check-in to each Promethean. Would you please use this as an opportunity to bring up these concerns directly with your manager? We know there is much more to discuss, and this tiny response just scratches the surface.

Pros

I have been with Prometheus for five years, and I can honestly say it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most genuine, supportive, and knowledgeable professionals in the industry. The collaborative culture and strong team dynamic make it a place where people truly enjoy working together. One of the things I value most about Prometheus is its commitment to diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being. The benefits are exceptional, and the company consistently invests in its people. Processes and procedures are clear, well-organized, and easy to navigate, with resources readily available whenever guidance is needed. Another standout aspect of the organization is its leadership. Senior leaders are approachable, accessible, and genuinely care about employee feedback. Whenever I’ve reached out with questions or concerns, I’ve received thoughtful, helpful support. Prometheus also offers outstanding opportunities for growth and development. Whether you're looking to advance your career, explore new roles, or experience a change of environment, there are countless opportunities. Most importantly, Prometheus has always made me feel valued, supported, and invested in. It’s a company that truly cares about its employees and makes them feel like an important part of its future.

Cons

None to note, my overall experience with Prometheus has been positive.

Pros

Prometheus has a really helpful structure in place for just about everything you do. If you ever forget how to complete a task or just need a quick refresher, there are step by step POP guides you can easily reference, which makes things much more manageable day to day. They are also very focused on giving back to the neighborhood, with volunteer opportunities happening throughout the year. It creates a strong sense of purpose beyond just the day to day work. Another thing that stands out is staffing. Teams are typically well supported, which helps prevent burnout and allows everyone to stay balanced and set up for success.

Cons

So far, loving it over here!
