Pros

The culture here is truly amazing — you’re seen and valued as a person, not just a number. I really appreciate the strong focus on growth and internal development, with around 60% of promotions coming from within Prometheus. On top of that, the 100% paid benefits are a huge bonus and reflect how much the company invests in its people. Depending on the market, salaries are adjusted to stay competitive with current industry standards.

Cons

The workload can definitely be full, but it’s incredibly rewarding and keeps me growing every day. While everything moves quickly on-site, having the flexibility to work from home one day a week could make it even easier to stay ahead and focus on deep-dive tasks or follow-ups.

Pros

I have a great manager; the benefits are good. Working here is pretty manageable. Daily task aren't overwhelming, communication is clear and tasks are handled right away.

Cons

Only cons is that any training or event is far away from my location.

Pros

Prometheus is a People focused business. I've always felt like my opinions and ideas are valued. There is ample opportunity for career advancement, and no shortage of leaders and mentors that will support you. Employee benefits are excellent. Full medical, dental and vision benefits for employees and their families. Fairly accrued PTO and Sick time, paid time off for birthdays, holidays, as well as Veterans' Day for vets. company holiday and summer events are a great time. Prometheus gives back to the community. Plenty of Opportunities for volunteer work in various programs like Habitat for Humanity and Bay Area Family Giving Tree. Other Impacts include building and donating parks to Cities we operate in, and the UCSF Helen Diller Hospital under construction in San Francisco. Prometheus is a privately owned business and focuses on quality and brand in ways that matter. while managing expenses is important to our success as a business, it takes a backseat when it comes to making sure we provide excellent and professional service. Not having to adhere to the decisions of shareholders like some of our biggest competitors do, allows us more creative freedom and options to provide our customers with quality service.

Cons

Employee housing benefits have recently improved, but there's still opportunity to further options.
