Pros
- Compensation was very generous - Work-life balance was fairly good - Stock option plan is available if you stay long enough.
Cons
- As I didn't follow my headline, my role was in the support area, which is a much different role than what I had worked on in the past. - Support uses salesforce for defect tracking, which is good for identifying which customers are complaining of a defect, but it makes supporting the product from a bug tracking perspective more difficult.
