Very flexible, non-hierarchical, plenty of opportunities to apply yourself, varied projects. Management is very supportive and listens to employee feedback. Great opportunity to distinguish yourself and learn. Very inclusive environment. Great office locations.
Cons
Since the firm is small, you may not always get along with everyone and will still end up working with them. You just need to learn to manage the relationship better.
