The local top leadership is HORRIBLE! The culture is suffocating, very clearly divisive, and definitely favors those that know only how to say yes to them. Investigations run amuck and the wrong people let go. Said many derogatory, racist and sexist remarks after interviewing candidates, and meetings with current employees, when they think nobody is in earshot! He is more interested in who they met online and who they have a date with on Friday night than ensuring that the firm is successful. However, when they feel the heat from their higher level bosses, they won’t hesitate to lead with 100% intimidation. Most, but definitely not all, of the local leadership team tries hard, but is visibly at a loss as to what to do given the circumstances going on with their self-absorbed leader.
Stay away—at least from Omaha!!!
