Leadership turnover in past 5 to 7 years has ushered in a series of bad decision-making which bare out in the bottom line results. I.e. inconsistent strategies, market event reactive instead of firm and steady, extensive use of expensive consultants, over staffing followed by layoffs, ... A hot mess as they say. Discriminatory practices, promotions linked to friendship and nepotism.
