Pros

The pay is decent, employees work really hard, work life balance is valued

Cons

There are so many toxic people whose jobs seem to be protected, and many of them are in management. There are people who are outwardly rude, people who single out and demean others on large group calls, who don't take criticism or feedback, and don't like to help others. Additionally, onboarding seems to be inconsistent and fully lacking in some teams. When I started, I was given some basic onboarding tasks including intros with other teams and a tour of the platform, and then left to teach myself for weeks without being given assignments. Then out of nowhere I was thrown into working on very niche projects that I was expected to understand fully when I had not known to learn those areas during onboarding. My first week at the company, I was messaged by HR asking me to write a review on Glassdoor. I'm glad I waited a year to do so because my perspective changed within a few months of being there. But that's probably why the reviews are as good as they are.
