      VP & director killing the digital group. No Vision, Lot of attrition, no replacement, Engineers are not happy. 5-Days on site policy. No work life balance. low morale.

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
