      Good Brand Name Working on latest technologies(4G etc) Good pay in terms of shares /bonus once you are with the company for few years

      Cons

      Very Bad Work Environment in most teams (Very few exceptions to this are there ) You have to work at least 12 hrs a day + Weekends if you want to successfully survive and management expects that from you if you are a bachelor

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
