      Training and Learning opportunities are good. People recognize your work, from Directors to immediate peer mentor. They allow you to get involved.

      Cons

      The salary is BAD compared to counterparts. Growth wise it is not as good, as there are much more positions as compared to US office. So you have a longer ladder to climb now.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
