Pros

Lot of pros to the job, like incentives and them trying to keep a fun environment for staff.

Cons

Despite that, you're pressured to upsell like a grimey carsalesmen, which ruined opportunities of initial sales because the customer got turned off and irritated and would hang up

Pros

Pay was good. Training was comprehensive and the trainers were amazing

Cons

Call center job so you will be swarmed with calls. Weird shifts. Management is annoying about time management. Being late 1-2 minutes gives you points and with enough points you get fired. Pay is around 20-21 Would only do this to gain experience or if I am on my last choice Weird hours
