Pros
Great team. Great selection of food & snacks. Great location. Culture is nice, and consistently improving. My own manager is really supportive and approachable. You just need to show that you are developing and working hard, as it's a slow process to close deals. It's not as transactional as other sales roles. Compensation is good! And the bonus schemes are excellent. Health Insurance and Pension also.
Cons
Training and Development needs work. Onboarding needs some attention. Training is quite disjointed, making it hard to ramp quickly. Difficult to finalise your patch/territory; again, making it hard to ramp quickly. Targets are quite high, and given the deal cycle, you don't necessarily feel successful early on - although this is communicated in the interview process. They are quite transparent here.
