Business Outlook
Pros
Great colleagues and very diverse work mates who are hard working and friendly. Office location is quite good also as it's right in Dublin city center.
Cons
Total lack of direction to the point where each month a new strategy is dropped in. A lot of recent changes in the Snr. Management in the US which is fine but when no explanation is given it leads to more questions than answers. The sudden closing of certain markets has also led to a big shift in morale and then energy in the place is down. I hope things will get back to their former ways and do see the potential to stay here but we are not attracting the calibre of new hires and anyone working here knows the real issues.
