      Pros

      Solid 401k plan. Medical and dental are okay. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Low salaries with little to no room for growth. Salary increases are a constant struggle if at all possible. Compensation is not based on individual or team merit but the company as a whole.

      Pros

      The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      Cons

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
