      Great work/Life balance. Pay is okay, but could be better for CA residents

      Cons

      Senior Managers, especially those reporting directly to the CIO, are simply unprepared. Claims of teamwork by Senior Management fall short in practice and ultimately result in manipulation.

      Pros

      The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      Cons

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
