      Pros

      Really friendly, hard-working and helpful team. Bankside building is very spacious, bright and has great facilities. Company benefits include Friday drinks at 4pm, flexible hours and subsidized gym membership.

      Cons

      Work load is very variable depending on the time of the month and limited options for carer progression for middle level employees.

      Pros

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
