-Incredibly fractured disciplines and too many departments. Too many opinions and leaders with few owners or producers of work. Also leads to very little contact with you department so no one is getting better at their job. -Significant amount of time is spent by upper management preaching their visions for RAPP. These changing articulations don't translate into the skill sets of the agency with any consistency and are filled with the buzz words de jour. -As an agency, tries to do too many things and so is good at none of them. We're in a perpetual state of dabbling in solutions but haven't nailed down the basics.
