      Pros

      RAPP has a fantastic social culture - maybe even a bit too much so. Everyone is drinking together a few times a week and there are tons of social events too like a softball club, football, fancy dress parties... Free drinks on every last Thursday of the month too!

      Cons

      The managers on some teams are completely incompetent and they don't care about their staff. Work like balance is mostly non-existent and progression for most people is out of the question.

      Pros

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Cons

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
