      Pros

      -Good location on Madison Ave -Free breakfast provided (cereal, fruit, bagels...) -Smaller agency so you less hierarchy than at a larger agency

      Cons

      -Account side was totally understaffed was promised a team of people to work under me and when I started there was one Account Executive, who had quit before I started... so her last week was my first week. They didn't hire a replacement for her until about 5 months later. -I came under the expectation that it was a highly digital, social agency...found out the hard way that was not the case.

      Pros

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Cons

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
