Pros

Annual Salaries are Very Competitive Health Benefits are Reasonable Extremely casual (flip-flops and pajama pants tolerated) Usually tolerant of work-at-home needs Alcohol Served (free) on Friday Afternoons Extremely Social Company Events are Creative and Fun

Cons

Extreme turnover. Extremely poor morale. Ridiculous work weeks -- Sometimes over 300 hours worked per month. I've even seen worse. Hourly pay is extremely poor due to frequent and required unpaid overtime. Lots of effort is simply wasted due to poor processes. Cliques are extremely powerful - Company runs like a popularity contest. Denial of Vacation and Holiday Benefits (probably illegal). Pathetic Bonuses are in the $10 - $50 range. ("Hey family, sorry that I've worked 200 overtime hours in the past two months, but I can almost buy one dinner at Subway with the bonus I earned.")

Pros

RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

Cons

As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
