      The people at RAPP are great. The leadership is wonderful also. They are real humans that lead with empathy and strong dedication to the business and the people. There is room for growth here and once you step up and show that you are willing to learn, doors will open for you.

      Since RAPP is under Omnicom, there are things that RAPP is not in control of.

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.
