      -There are some great people who care about your wellbeing -Supportive benefits -Some really great inspirational leaders for the industry who want to inspire great work and support their teams -Great network of agencies to work with in wider Omnicom group

      -Embraces a culture of nepotism, especially at C level - Lack of vision and culture which comes from some senior leaders being the traditional stereotypes we see in the marketing industry
