Pros
Cool technologies to work with. Huge potential to learn if invested much of personal time.
Cons
No tiers, all engineers are frontline. No team structure or clear plan. Micromanagement and reactive management at best. No career progression unless on golden list. Part of EMC group which means that they are looking for more and more profits from RSA, hence the quality on many aspects deteriorates.
