Pros
I love the people I work with, EMC provides an unbelievable amount of training resources to learn/polish skills, RSA is putting all of its resources into solving (in my mind) the right security problems out there today. I can't talk enough about how good the training is for pre-sales engineers.
Cons
Turnover and inconsistent performance highlight a tough transition to RSA 2.0 that is still in progress. I think we'll get there, but there's more work ahead.
