      Pros

      Maybe things are a bit more chill than Big 4, but the respect you get from other employers is not nearly the level of Big 4.

      Cons

      Like zero training, I have been with my team for 4 years and we have maybe had 1 industry and group specific training in that time. Not a lot of valuable information is circulated, just get your work done and move on.

      Pros

      If you are in the right team, with good seniors and good managers you will have a good time with the work. Hybrid was a very nice touch, they were pretty good about allowing you your two days at home if you wanted them. Benefits were decent

      Cons

      Very, very team dependent. A ton of seniors seriously don't want to teach at all. I remember coming up, and even after I was a senior, listening to people complain so much that they got a first year, and they did not want to teach them or didn't have time to. Its a huge popularity contest on if you get good jobs or not. Partners will make you work the most crap jobs and keep all the good jobs for their favorites. They use and abuse people so often. Got laid off 1 day after the busy season.
