-The young colleagues were nice to work with, but it was still mostly trauma bonding

- The management was horror, most managers from top to bottom were borderline abusive and definitely could not control their temper - Unfair working hours; it was expected for everyone to work overtime but you got scolded if you logged the hours in - Unfair expectations; it was required to work outside of working hours to keep up with clients and everyone, even people who just started, got pressure to log more billable hours because the managers would 'share' them without them actually doing anything for those hours - No guidance or coaching from the managers, even in the beginning - The only feedback you would get from your work was negative, trashing comments like "this is sh*t, do it again" - Clear inequality; some co-workers were clearly treated different than others - Extremely toxic work environment in general. People were mistreated constantly It is very sad that there aren't more reviews here, because so many people were unhappy and mistreated to a point of exhaustion.
