      There were no positives at Rackspace

      Cons

      Leadership is most interested in giving themselves raises and moving the business to India. They terminated most of their employees who are veterans or over age 50. Clients are very unhappy with the India customer support and technical teams.

      Legacy company trying to turn around, partnership with Palantir. Joint venture with AMD

      Cons

      Poor middle management, toxic and finger-pointing based work culture. Lot of Unprofessional people. Wrong people in leadership— who are way above their head in managing 100+ sales individuals
