I would say the high energy environment coupled with the fact that most Rackers are on the same page with regard to their overall purpose. I've worked in places where people come to work just to get a paycheck and complain about everything. Here it seems like everyone enjoys actually coming to work. To me, that was shocking. I was scrutinized on my Q&A which freaked me out, simply because I've never had someone review my work so closely. The feedback was great tho, with that feedback, I'm able to work to be a better employee.
