Pros
Not really a lot now days, this place use to be the "tech mecca". A few years ago I would have had a list a mile long. But now days there is very little if any "pros" left for working at this company.
Cons
New leadership at the top could care less about tech talent. They have been outsourcing all roles and we have been hemorrhaging talent for years. I dont see any real future with this company due to the brain drain that has occurred. There is nothing to keep talented folks here nor bring them in. No real investment for the future other than buzz words and anything to make the short term stock price go up. No real future in this company for anyone that wants to do technical work. I would only use this place a a stepping stone. Ideally just avoid this place all together and get a job at a company where they actually value talet.
