- High degree of autonomy (role specific) - Pockets of excellence still exist

- It all started going to sh*t when Apollo took over - Continued erosion of benefits - Continued underfuning of support roles. - Absurd obsession with support on 3rd party clouds without making the product sticky. WTF people? - Datapipe acquisition was a mess. Deeply indebted company with average employees and terrible leadership. I hope the customers were worth it. No clear strategy, poor communication, firing of our best people to replace them with uninterested, lackluster DP bods who ends up getting pushed out anyway. What's the point?
