Working with like-minded literally 'fanatical' people. If you are passionate about delivering good service, Rackspace is the place to work. Fanatical Support is not just a tag line here....people live and breath it - even compete in how Fanatical they can be!
Cons
Too many young people - sometimes it lacks maturity and professionalism. It would benefit from some strong, experienced management.
