Technology! If you want to be close to technology, this is the place.
Cons
There is a large gap between what executive leadership is thinking is happening and what is actually happening. They move quick on some things but slow on the important things. Insurance and 401K are weak. Not going to retire on this 401k program. VERY political company. They call it "relationship based" but it really just means favoritism and company sanctioned politics.
