Pros

Good quality equipment and technology. Reading positive reviews about yourself on google. Radiologists are pleasant to work with.

Cons

Extreme micromanaging, no trust in staff to do their job. Ego. Managements need to control your area expertise, often attempting to override patient safety via making up their own rules outside of policy. Management not qualified to manage. Management no experience in MRI due to PSR only experience. Do to this clinics remote only manager they will monitor you like a lab rat under the camera. It's perceived they may even use camera to listen to your conversations. 4 techs and 3 PSRs gone in less than a year under same manager. No positive feedback at all just un-constructive criticism. Track inaccurate data on scan time not consistent with scanner times to complain via Webex or phone calls to complains about previous scan times while actively scanning patients. Demand you to answer video chat while actively scanning. No Medical assistant help. Lead techs suck up to management to help create a negative and false narrative against you. Will use other staff to support that narrative to assert their own power ego because they are incompetent and under qualified is a last ditch effort to regain their control over you.

Pros

Decent Benefits, schedule was decent

Cons

Exhaustion. UNDER paid. Over worked. A company that puts profits over patient and tech safety. A ton of add ons and double bookings. This company will never value their employees. They will send out an email here or there trying to express their "gratitude " rather than actively showing respect to their employees. My advice for those who still work for radnet.. UNIONIZE.
