Pros

- Great, young team where you will find lasting friendships. - Access to their products, discounts etc. - Image

Cons

- No appreciation of employees (e.g. it doesnt matter if your're with the company 5, 10 or 15 years - you might get mentioned in a presentation but that's it) or their work. There were layoffs because of 1-2 bad quarters, and some people worked for the company 10+ years and didn't get a proper goodbye or anything. - Employees just get treated like a ressource. People got layed off, and the remaining ones are now expected to take over the work without proper payment or title, although they are already physically and mentally struggling. - Almost no teambuilding, team events etc. - E.g. I work in Europe and we had no christmas party since 5 years (yes, covid - but I know this is mindblowing: you could do something online) - Absolute disinterested HR and General Management in EU - Complete micromanagement from HQ in Singapore, barely possible to work on own ideas - Noticeable differences between culture and work ethic from HQ and rest of the regions - and the problem is, that HQ of course makes all the decisions (e.g. in terms of work hours/working for free, "sustainability", diversity, "team events" etc.) - Everything is always "urgent" without reasoning behind it. - Payment below Industry average, unfair distribution of salaries

Pros

Amazing company with very passionate and smart staff. Everyone works as a team twoards similar goals.

Cons

The work environment can be stressful. The culture and time difference with Singapore is something you need to get used to, but it doesn't take long to get accustomed to it,

Pros

Fun environment when customers are around.

Cons

Pressure which causes tension at work, poor communication skills, easily offended egos, ultra-strict clock-in rules but slow clock-in software.
