As in any job, there can be conflicts with coworkers that usually diminish over time. Off shifts occasionally go through phases of high turnover rates (the only pro to this is for the people who want over time there is incentive rates)

Great team and immediate manager. Good compensation.

Not great health insurance Aggressive behavior towards staff tolerated way too much. Often understaffed Support staff like nurse aids and security not paid enough to stay
