      org changes frequently (realpage, real change)... layoffs like other tech companies

      Pros

      Decent work life balance and strong market fit at the enterprise level.

      Cons

      Lots of favoritism among management. The SMB space is a bad one. The Vps and managers who run that segment are not the most supportive and try to mold you. The market fit for the SMB level is lacking with the same pricing model and software sold to the enterprise level customers.
