The company growth health is not the best, seem to be closing a lot of locations.

- good money for entry server. But my advice would be to go somewhere less corprate after the first 6 months. there's lots of mom and pop shops that'll garentee you more hours and then you don't have to beg customers for surveys and gift card purchases.
- quick promotion to server if you act like you want to be there
Cons
- terrable money for bussers, expo and togo
- Work atmoshpere isn't great, corparate could do a better job sourcing managers but I'm sure it's limited given its a dying brand.
