Stressful environments Lack of support Heavy workload Inconsistent schedule Work flow inconsistency Technology issues Constantly broken building Management doesn't sympathize with coworkers when mistakes or issues arise. Server side work not enforced and placed onto host responsibilities. Can't clock in a single second before the shift starts.

fun interactions with people and coworkers sometimes, serving is a job that has helped maintain bills

Cons

managers who rely on shift leads instead of themselves being treated poorly by customers and not getting any support constantly out of something our sams barely work overload us with tables then expect perfect surveys from customers
