Pros

free meals, cool people, low barrier to entry

Cons

in-house education pushes preference to promote any group that isnt straight-white-male. this might not affect specific locations, but VERY loudly apparent during onboarding. was promised $16.57/hr, first paycheck was for $14.something an hr. Was struggling so hard to have a second job at U-haul trying to make ends meet after my father died that I just had to take the L until i eventually found a fulltime that replaced both jobs all-together. funny story, the other day i actually found the piece of paper that the hiring manager Raul wrote on WITH THE PAY promised. If you're a straight-white-male, prepare to see so much inclusion in your onboarding.... except for you of course. Soon as you get in, make it work, make some friends along the way, and plan your exit strategy to employment that atleast will pretend you stand a chance of promotion. If you dont believe me, ponder the fact i optionally took the time out of my day to type more information than GlassDoor required to get access to other salaries.

Met the best people, life long friends!

The company growth health is not the best, seem to be closing a lot of locations.

Pros

- good money for entry server. But my advice would be to go somewhere less corprate after the first 6 months. there's lots of mom and pop shops that'll garentee you more hours and then you don't have to beg customers for surveys and gift card purchases. - quick promotion to server if you act like you want to be there

Cons

- terrable money for bussers, expo and togo - Work atmoshpere isn't great, corparate could do a better job sourcing managers but I'm sure it's limited given its a dying brand.
