Pros
Regeneron is one of the few biotech/pharma companies that stays true to science. I am seriously impressed with the culture at Regeneron. Everyone their loves what they do and is serious about translating scientific findings into new therapies. Even the senior management team at Regeneron all have a proven track record in academia and continue to ensure that the company's work contributes towards the greater good of the scientific and healthcare community.
Cons
The headquarters in Tarrytown is a bit far from NYC (30 min drive). Not the worst commute in the world, but would be ideal if its location was closer to the city.
