Pros

one of the best reason to work in Renaissance hotel is growth, I have learnt great cooking techniques in italian and western cuisine.

Cons

In starting 02 years I have taken the first promotion in as Demi chef De Partie and in 03 year I got promoted again as Chef De Partie .
