Pros

Some of your colleagues are great and very talented Free food in staff room on weekdays Beautiful building

Cons

Very low pay for a tough job, dealing with demanding customers at a 5* hotel Terrible, time-consuming booking system for spa treatment packages – inundated with customers wanting to redeem vouchers Commission for selling spa products, but rarely worthwhile A lot of staff feel frustrated that the hotel hierarchy don't listen to them Lunch breaks too short – only 30 minutes They take biometric information – you have to scan your fingerprints to click on and out Also, you lose a whole hour's wages of you are even a minute late You work random days and will often have to work weekends, either starting early or finishing late
