Pros
Pay and Co-workers that's about it. There's no work to family compromise. It's better if you don't have kids or a wife
Cons
Hours..unrealistic standards..no loyalty to hard working employees. Loosing holidays off one by one. No home time. Say they are family oriented...lies!!!
