Pros
Rent-A-Center is a profitable company with a great deal of experience in the senior management ranks. The employees are the heart and soul of the company. The working environment is fairly cordial and everyone for the most part is respectful of one another.
Cons
The biggest downside is the lack of diversity and inclusion in senior management. It's disappointing given the broad talent pool of individuals that make up the workforce.
